Returns
Anova Cabinet and Stone do not allow returns for countertops, backsplash, assembled cabinets, sale items, closed out items, or special orders. All other approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be in original and resalable conditions within 30 days of purchase date. No adjustments will be made after product has been installed.
Warranties
Type of Warranty
Anova Cabinet and Stone offers a 1-year, non-transferrable workmanship warranty starting from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover misuse, acts of God, foundation problems, settlements, lack of maintenance, and water or ultraviolet light damages.
Warranties Not Included
When buying materials or products without installation services, there will be no warranty guaranteed. In addition to this, warranties are not included for outdoor countertop or other outdoor product installations due to unforeseeable and uncontrollable environmental factors. Lastly, warranties do not include coverage for heat damage of any kind.
Authority to Bind
Any warranty is not under authorization to bind. You shall be solely responsible for the performance of the product or materials after the warranty has ended and will not hold Anova Cabinet and tone accountable for any damage or issues with product after the warranty has ended.
